Store policy
Terms of Sale
The terms that apply when you buy a card or other collectible directly from The Whole Nine Cards.
Seller and currency
The Whole Nine Cards operates from Perth, Western Australia. Direct-store prices and checkout totals are displayed in Australian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Prices for Australian delivery include GST. Delivery charges are shown before you approve payment.
Order acceptance and stock
Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation. A short stock reservation may be used during checkout, but abandoned or failed checkouts do not secure an item indefinitely.
Our stock ledger coordinates direct-store and eBay quantities. If a rare timing conflict, listing error or genuine stock discrepancy prevents fulfilment, we will contact you and provide a prompt refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different card without your agreement.
Item details and condition
The listing title, description, photographs, quantity and stated condition form part of the sale. Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular third-party grade. Existing grades and certification numbers are descriptive of the holder shown and are not a promise of future value.
Collectible values can rise or fall. Purchases are for the item itself and not an investment return or resale-price guarantee.
Presales
A listing marked Presale is for stock that has been ordered but not yet received. The listing will show the best available expected dispatch information. Manufacturer, distributor, freight or customs delays can change that timing. If we cannot supply the item, you will receive a refund.
Payment, delivery and offers
The Payments, Shipping and Offers policies form part of these terms where applicable. An accepted offer changes the item price for the quantity stated; it does not change postage or other clearly disclosed checkout charges.
Consumer rights
The Returns and Refunds Policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
