Returns and Refunds Policy
Consumer guarantees, incorrect or damaged items, and discretionary change-of-mind requests.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy if an item has a major problem, is faulty, is unsafe, does not match its description or does not do what we said it would do.
Sale, discounted and presale items retain the same consumer-guarantee rights. We do not impose a fixed deadline that removes rights for a faulty or incorrectly described item.
If there is a problem
Email wholeninecards@gmail.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Please keep the item, holder, packaging and delivery materials while we assess the request.
If a return is required for a valid consumer-guarantee claim, we will provide appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return costs where the law requires us to do so.
Change of mind
We are not required to provide a refund or exchange because you changed your mind, found the item elsewhere, or the market value changed. We may choose to consider an unopened or unchanged item at our discretion if you contact us before returning it. Approval must be obtained first, and reasonable return delivery costs remain the buyer’s responsibility for an approved change-of-mind return.
Return condition and verification
Returned items must be the same items supplied. Certification numbers, serial numbering, card characteristics, security records and listing photographs may be used to verify identity and condition. This does not restrict a genuine consumer-guarantee claim.
Refund method
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control after the refund is submitted.
