Tracked standard and express delivery priced from your checkout address.
Where we ship
We ship direct-store orders within Australia and internationally where the payment checkout accepts the delivery country. All available services are tracked.
Available services
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available standard and express tracked rates before payment. Australian orders are currently $9.50 standard or $13.50 express; international orders are currently $22.00 standard or $40.00 express. All amounts are Australian dollars and country-specific rates may be introduced later.
The chosen rate applies once to the whole order. Adding extra cards does not increase the postage charge.
International import charges
WNC does not currently add import duties at checkout. International buyers remain responsible for any import duty, tax, customs charge or carrier fee that may be applied by the destination country.
Dispatch timing
In-stock items normally dispatch within 1–2 business days after cleared payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). A specific handling estimate shown on the item or at checkout takes priority. Presale items dispatch after the stock arrives and is checked.
Addresses, tracking and delays
Please provide a complete deliverable address and choose the correct delivery country. The payment address must match the country used to price postage. Contact us immediately if an address is wrong; we cannot guarantee changes after packing or dispatch. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
After dispatch, Australia Post generally estimates 2–6 business days for Standard Tracked and 1–3 business days for Express Tracked within Australia. Remote destinations and service disruptions can take longer. These transit estimates are separate from handling time. Delivery estimates are subject to location and are not guaranteed. If an order is late, damaged or missing, email us with the order number so we can review the shipment and available carrier process.
Returns address
Do not send an item back without contacting us first. Once a return is authorised, the return instructions will identify the correct service and reference.
